BOXING TRAINING DRILLS
Practice authentic drills using attack and defensive techniques that mimic real boxing. These drills can be stationary or some light moving and contact may also be included.
BOXING SKIPPING ROUTINE
Warm up with skipping or mimic the action of skipping to get the feet moving quickly and stay up on those toes
BAG WORK BOXING
Practice punching combinations on bags to refine movements and accuracy. Bags include large boxing bags, upper cut bags, speed balls and floor to ceiling balls.
YOUTH BOXING CLASSES
Teenagers learning boxing to defend themselves and get fit and have fun at the same time. Boxing also boosts self-confidence and discipline.
