Learn authentic technique, skills and drills and be coached by a former Heavyweight Champion and two other qualified Coaches. Catering for all levels of experience from beginner to advanced and all ages including youth, female and masters (34+ yrs) athletes. You do not need to have a boxing bout to do this class. We also recommend starting in the boxing fitness class for those with no experience.

A-Team Dietitian Louise Heta has over 15 years experience in private practice. She has a keen interest in using the non-diet and Health At Every Size (HAES) approach. Moving away from the conventional use of structured meal plans and teaching clients how to use their intuition and mindful eating practices to reconnect with their body natural signals around hunger and fullness. Louise is also an Accredited Sports Dietitian, assisting athletes of all sports and levels in optimising their performance nutrition.
Suitable for both male and female youth aged 9 – 16 yrs old. Learn authentic boxing technique as well as self-defence skills in a safe, fully supervised environment with a program that is tailored to the capabilities of the group. Learn basic boxing movements, discipline, increase fitness and strength in a fun and supportive group setting. Boxing can help increase self-confidence, self-worth and help children with maintaining a strong and positive mind-set to benefit them with dealing with the challenges of the outside world!
Our Group Fitness membership includes our short, high intensity boxing classes plus full access to our metafit, strength training, ladies only classes and yoga sessions. Boxing sessions are non-contact, teach basic boxing technique and are suitable for beginners. Metafit will boost your metabolism and give you massive cardio benefits in less than 30 mins. Plus for those ladies feeling a little self-concious, our ladies only classes provide a comfortable, friendly & focused experience.
If you prefer that individual attention and a personalised program specific to your needs then Personal Coaching is for you. Have one on one time with our high profile experienced Coaches and let them design and tailor a program just for you. Sessions run for 30 or 45 mins and can include boxing pad work with our Accredited Boxing Trainers or strength and fitness training with our qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach.
