METAFIT

Practice authentic drills using attack and defensive techniques that mimic real boxing. These drills can be stationary or some light moving and contact may also be included.

PAD WORK

A-Team fight training has at least two Coaches per sessions allowing students to experience one on one pad work time with our Head Coach. This close attention giving students the opportunity to refine technique and get feedback on an individual level.

FOOTWORK

Learn to get light on your feet with different footwork drills using floor patterns and games to really get those legs moving.
