Boxing (Fight Training)

For those who want to experience training like a boxer, have a go at sparring or eventually compete in an amateur fight this is for you. Focused on correct skills and technique as well as light sparring and defensive drills. Sessions run by our in house accredited boxing Coaches. Note – protective gear needed for some drills including a mouth guard. We recommend doing Boxing Fitness classes before progressing into this class.
