Youth boxing (10 - 16 yrs) with amateur boxer and assistant Coach Lou Heta. Youth Strength (12 - 18 yrs) with Level 1 ASCA Strength & Conditioning Coach Kim Heta. There's no other program like this out there!


& Nutrition

Individual and small group nutrition consultations available with Sports Dietitian Louise Heta. Louise consulted to the Australian Swimming Team (2006-2008) and Western Bulldogs Football Club (2007 -2010). She is a non-diet approach dietitian and an expert in high performance sports nutrition.


Boxing Training

Boxing training for amateur boxers or those wanting to train like a boxer. Learn authentic technique and be coached by a former heavyweight champion. Catering for all including junior, female and masters athletes.
